Born in Ottawa and raised in Chelsea, Louis-Philippe is a real estate broker specializing in real estate near Ottawa river, including luxury properties, secondary homes and housing for relocalized military agents. After a career as an aerospace engineer with the Royal Canadian Air Force, he became a real estate broker in Ontario in 2015 and joined Engel & Völkers Ottawa Central in 2017.

 

Charmed by this well-designed, high-end European real estate brand, he opened the Engel & Völkers Outaouais franchise with his business partner Jeremy Spilkin in 2020. That same year, he obtained his brokerage licence in Quebec, in order to cover a territory he is particularly fond of, along the Gatineau and Ottawa rivers.
